Printing instructions
During the preparation of files for printing attention should be paid to the following:
- Ensure that all graphics are in CMYK color space (the use of RGB graphics is not allowed).
- Ensure that all graphics have the recommended resolution of 300 dpi (minimum 240 dpi).
- Embed fonts in the file or convert them to curves.Include bleed (3-5 mm) meaning that graphics extend beyond the crop marks.
- Ensure that colors are defined in CMYK.
- Ensure that Pantone colors UV varnish masks and die lines are vector objects defined as additional colors.

Digital printing is most commonly used for small and medium print runs. It does not require the creation of printing plates, which shortens the time and reduces printing costs. Instead, digital files are directly transmitted to the Fiery print server and then to the printing machine. This is particularly useful for small print runs, personalized materials, or print-on-demand services. In our Warsaw printing house, we use dedicated paper to prevent sheets from distorting after passing through the printing machine. The limitation is the maximum paper sheet format of 700×330 mm.

Offset printing is a printing technology used in the production of medium and large print runs. It allows for the use of a wide range of substrates and larger formats. This process is based on the principle that ink is transferred from the printing plate to the printing cylinders, and then from the cylinders to the surface of the paper. Special inks are used in this process. In our Warsaw printing house, in the basic setup, four printing plates are used, one for each CMYK color (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black). This technology guarantees very high color reproduction quality thanks to the use of Fogra color profiles.
