Offer folders with individual imprinting and your own logo are an excellent solution for companies used for promotion in many industries. Company folders with a logo emphasize a professional image and can be an excellent advertising medium. Depending on individual needs and the type of spine used (single or double), they can hold just a few sheets or an entire set of documents, with a maximum spine width of up to 52 mm. Offer folders are suitable for storing documents, training materials, commercial offers, as well as for compiling project documentation.

Printed offer folders

We print company folders using offset printing due to the minimal sheet format required to cut the folder.

Depending on the purpose, we distinguish several types of folders:

• Standard folders – with narrow wings
• Standard+ folders – single and double-spine folders with wide wings and a place for a business card

Due to the thickness of the spine, they differ in the way they are used, so they require matching the type of paper and finishing.

Type of paper, grammage – printing of company folders

We usually print on coated paper (chalk 350 g), offset paper, or coated cardboard. In our offer, we also have decorative papers, mass-colored, used in premium folders. For colored papers, there is the possibility of printing or underprinting with white color. To improve quality, we can use finishing techniques such as lamination or gilding. Eco-friendly white offset or coated paper and brown paper (so-called kraft) are currently very popular. We can print on white kraft paper.

Folder format and die-cutting – printing of offer folders

Company folders are created by die-cutting, otherwise known as die-cutting, using a special die. The standard folder format after folding is slightly larger than A4, so that sheets measuring 210×297 mm can fit inside.

Finishing – UV varnish – company logo folders

The type of finishing used affects the character, quality, and durability of the folders. We can finish in several ways:

• matte / gloss lamination – protects the folder from damage and enhances its appearance. It prevents cracking on bends.
• soft-touch foil – also strengthens and protects, and adds a velvety touch effect.
• UV varnish – allows you to highlight graphic elements such as logos, titles.
• hot stamping and mat-free gilding

Folders with elastic bands and space for a business card

The Standard+ folder model has a business card pocket and allows for the use of rubber bands with clasps for a more secure closure of the folder. Offer folders with the company logo, with a thicker spine and wider wings, also have a cutout / space for a business card.
