Product Label Finishing & Formats

Labels can be delivered in various formats depending on your needs. Sheet-fed labels can be supplied as full sheets with “kiss-cut” shapes for easy peeling or as individual, separate stickers. For sheet-fed options, you can choose between split-back (pre-cut) or solid-back backing.

While rectangular labels can be guillotine-cut, custom shapes require die-cutting or digital plotter cutting. Choosing a professional printer ensures high-quality results across all these techniques. For high-volume orders (over 10,000 units), labels are supplied on rolls, making them compatible with automatic labeling machines and dispensers.

• Die-cutting & Plotting: Precision cutting into irregular shapes using custom dies or digital cutting plotters.
• Varnishing & Spot UV: Standard varnish protects the print and increases durability against external factors, while Spot UV adds a high-gloss effect to selected design elements.
• Hot Stamping (Gold/Silver): A process of applying a thin layer of metallic foil to the print. In addition to classic gold and silver, various other metallic colors are available.
• Specialty Inks & Digital Effects:
• • White Ink: Essential for printing on transparent film or Kraft paper.
  • Neon Colors: Neon Pink and Neon Yellow for high-impact designs.
  • Invisible Red: Visible only under UV light (for security or special effects).
  • Digital Clear: A digital spot varnish for tactile and glossy highlights.
