Presentation folders | Company folders with a logo for conferences. We print them using offset technology (for medium and large orders) on modern Heidelberg machines. We offer two types of folders: Standard and Standard+. They have different spine widths and folder flaps. The Standard+ folders also have a special slot for your business card. You can also add elastic bands to keep the folders closed. Paper options: We use 350g coated paper (chalk paper), Arktika cardboard, and premium decorative papers.
Premium finishes (options to make your folder look better):
- lamination: matt, glossy, or soft-touch foil.
- special effects: gold foil, silver foil, die-cutting, and UV varnish.
- special printing: for demanding projects, we can use neon inks or inks visible only under UV light.
- eco & colored papers: we can print in white ink on eco-friendly Kraft paper and deep-colored papers.

We print company folders using offset technology because of the large paper sheet size required for cutting out the folders.
Depending on your needs, we offer two main types:
- Standard folders: With narrow folder flaps.
- Standard+ folders: With wider flaps, a single or double fold, and a business card slot.
- The spine thickness determines how the folder can be used, which is why we help you choose the right paper type and finishes.
Paper Type and Weight
As a standard, we print on 350g coated paper (matt/glossy), offset paper, or coated cardboard. For premium folders, we offer decorative and deep-colored papers. On dark colored papers, we can print with white ink. To boost the quality, we can add finishes like lamination or hot-stamping. Recently, white eco-paper (offset or coated) and brown Kraft paper have become very popular. We can also print in white ink on Kraft paper.
Size and Die-Cutting
Company folders are cut into shape using a process called die-cutting with a special tool. The standard size of a folded folder is slightly larger than A4, so it perfectly fits standard 210×297 mm pages.
Premium Finishes & Spot UV
We offer several options to improve the look, quality, and durability of your folders:
- Matt / Glossy Lamination: Protects the folder from wear and tear and prevents the paper from cracking on the folds.
- Soft-Touch Lamination: Protects the folder and adds a premium, velvet-like feel.
- Spot UV Varnish: Highlights specific graphic elements, like your logo or title, with a shiny glossy layer.
- Hot-Stamping & Digital Foiling: Adds elegant metallic effects (e.g., gold or silver).
Delivery Options
We can deliver your folders anywhere in Poland and the European Union (EU). The delivery cost depends on the weight, destination, and packaging method.
- Warsaw Area: For Warsaw districts (such as Mokotów, Ursynów, Wilanów, Wola, Ochota, Centrum, Śródmieście) and nearby areas, we offer delivery via our own transport. This ensures faster delivery and eliminates the risk of shipping damage.
- Other Locations: For customers further away, we ship via professional courier services: DHL, DPD, or InPost.
